Ein Klassiker der österreichischen Hausmannskost. Die mit Speck und Zwiebeln zubereiteten Knödel sind herzhaft und köstlich.

Zutaten: Knödelbrot, Speck, Milch, Rindssuppe, Eier, Zwiebeln, Petersilie, Knoblauch, Butter, Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss.
Zubereitung: ca. 8 bis 10 Minuten in leicht köchelndem Wasser ziehen lassen.
